Dr. Sheetal Singh is an award-winning researcher, leadership coach, and advisor to senior executives, cabinet members, and heads of state.

As the founder of OTI Advisors, she combines behavioral science with decades of real-world leadership experience to help organizations grow with clarity and purpose.
 

A Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the University of Maryland and more than a decade in the global hospitality industry give her a rare blend of academic insight and operational understanding.

Her work focuses on turning reflection into measurable performance - helping leaders strengthen self-awareness, decision-making, and culture.
 

Beyond research and boardrooms, Dr. Singh is a marathon runner and mentor who believes leadership begins with inner balance.
She continues to teach and inspire future leaders at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, blending scientific rigour with real-world empathy.
